Panel discussion topic

A major evolution is taking place in investment management and banking. Artificial Intelligence is breaking the mainstream, and if long-standing firms do not evolve soon, they could be facing a revolution.

As customers become more mobile and digital, they push for more tech-savvy services. Yet legacy infrastructure is strained and struggling to support new modes of customer engagement.  In response to increasing competitive pressures from new banks from East Asia and highly liquid banks from the Middle East, old and tired financial institutions are trying to invest aggressively in digital transformation projects.

This seminar will explore how big data initiatives are pushing financial services firms into more sophisticated customer experiences.  We’ll also explore new business models that will be required to lead transformation, and review the mismatch of firms still relying on legacy architecture and infrastructure to handle intelligent customer engagement.

The panel will also share their experience on using technology to transform customer engagements. With a focus on Artificial Intelligence and its applications to financial services, learn how technology can go a long way towards delivering a better outcome across generations.

Presentations will follow with a Q+A from the audience, so please bring your questions ready to ask the panel.
